Our goal is to provide a place for physical, mental and spiritual renewal. We work with energies on all levels, and tune into the energies of the plants, the trees and the earth as well. Our vegetables and fruit are organically grown, and we aim to work in harmony with all living things.

We know the importance of nutrition, detoxification and healthy living. We remove energy blocks and with the removal of these blocks, the Prana, the Ki, the Life force can again circulate freely through the system, thus enabling the body to heal itself.

Purifying Juice Fast

The basis of our fasting program originates with the ancient Yoga Kriyas. Inspired by the work of Drs. Gerson and Bernard Jensen, we have over several years compiled a program effecting a complete intestinal purification. The program is unique in its effectiveness, achieving the elimination of toxic and putrefied deposits in the intestines, and the removal of mucus and other degenerative deposits in the body and the various organs.

In our fasting and detoxification programs we use primarily organically grown fruits and vegetables. The selected herbs will not only effectively remove putrefied deposits in the intestinal track, but will also eliminate the parasites and worms that thrive in these deposits. To further cleanse the large intestine we have the "Clysmatic" which is similar to a gravity colonic

Holistic Therapies

We also offer holistic treatments which will aid the detoxification process. Treatments include flower essences to eliminate miasma (cellular inherited memories) and to balance the emotional body; kinesiology and bioresonance therapy to balance the energy systems; a special process for eliminating unwanted metals (aluminum, mercury, cadmium, lead, nickel etc.); The Physiopect for diagnosing and correcting organ and system weaknesses and imbalances, as well as various other treatments by our therapists.

We start and finish every day with meditation. Every morning we practice Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Hatha Yoga (Sivananda)

We have a glass-enclosed "Yoga and Meditation Temple", a Finnish type sauna, a beautiful salt water swimming pool (no chlorine), guest rooms and cottages, a separate building with treatment rooms and a comfortable reading room with television, books, music and cassette players. If you like walking, you can do so for hours around the hills and valleys surrounding us. If you like gardening, we are always happy for any help in the garden.
