In the main house we have the juicing kitchen. Here is also the "dining room" where we take our juices. Incoming telephone calls and faxes are received here.

The swimming pool is salt water. We use no chemicals and it is a pleasure to swim in this water.

The yoga and meditation temple is completely glass enclosed. The massage room and boutique is under the temple.

The clinic has three treatment rooms and a reading room with many books. Here we also watch videos some evenings. Otherwise the TV is out of bounds during the fasting program. We want you to experience the peace and quiet of our fasting valley and not be disturb by outside influences. And TV watching can be very disturbing.

In the clinic is a telephone for making outside calls. Here is also the computer room Internet connection for your E-mail. This is available whenever there are no treatments going on.

The sauna is a Finish type and is on every second day from 5- 7 PM. Ladies only 5-6, mixed 6-7.

At the lower end we have the accommodating. There is one house with 4 rooms, two single & two double rooms with bath. The mill is converted from the original mill (moinhos) and is built of stone, two single rooms with bath. Then we have two wooden cottages both with two bathrooms.

Our garden is 100% organic.
